Your Pathway to a Perfect Exhibition Visit

Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Muscat

All individuals who have accepted the organizer’s invitation and/or registered as visitors agree to the following terms and undertake to comply with these rules:

  • Registration
  • Registration is mandatory for all visitors.
  • Admission to the exhibition is granted only with a valid visitor badge (physical or electronic).

Online Registration :

Visitors who register online will receive an electronic badge, which can be :

  • Printed (A4 format, folded as indicated) and presented at the entrance, or
  • Shown as a digital version (screenshot) on their phone at the registration area.
  • Badges can also be collected by completing electronic registration on-site.
  • Transfer or sale of visitor badges is strictly prohibited. The organizer may verify badge details against valid ID.
  • Photography & Filming

Photography, filming, or video recording for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited anywhere within the exhibition area — including during setup and dismantling periods.

Commercial purposes include :

  • Using images or videos for advertising or promoting other exhibitions, fairs, or business events not organized by the Oman Mining & Metal team.
  • Using content that includes trademarks, product designs, or proprietary information for marketing or advertising purposes.

Any breach may result in immediate removal from the venue and legal liability under applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

  • Professional Attendance
  • The exhibition is open exclusively to industry professionals and trade visitors.
  • A professional visitor includes business owners, company representatives, government officials, investors, engineers, and industry experts attending for business or professional purposes.
  • The organizer reserves the right to request verification of professional status (e.g., business card, company letter, or other relevant proof).
  • Student Access
  • tudents of relevant universities may attend on the final day of the exhibition (24 September) only, as part of an approved group accompanied by a faculty member.
  • The list of attending students must be pre-approved by the organizer.
  • General Conduct

Visitors must maintain professional behaviour in line with the business nature of the exhibition and respect public order at all times.

It is strictly prohibited to :

  • Conduct sales or distribute promotional materials without written approval from the organizer.
  • Hold unauthorized presentations, demonstrations, or campaigns within the exhibition grounds.
  • Enter the exhibition under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance.
  • Smoke or consume alcohol within the exhibition premises.
  • Bring explosive, flammable, or toxic materials into the venue.
  • Enter the exhibition in attire or condition inappropriate for a business environment.
  • Children under 17 may visit only on the last day (24 September) and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate these rules or behave in an aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner — without compensation.
  • Personal Data

All personal data provided by visitors will be processed by the organizer and/or its authorized partners in accordance with the data protection laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
